Day 1 : 16^th Oct – Start for Kalka from Howrah

Day 2 : 17^th Oct—Enroute

Day 3 : 18^th Oct—Reach Kalka and drive to Shimla, overnight at Shimla .

Day 4 : 19^th Oct—Shimla to Sarahan. Overnight at Sarahan.

Day 5 : 20^th Oct—Sarahan to Sangla/Chitkul . Over night at Chitkul.

Day 6 : 21st Oct— Chitkul to Sangla , site seeing and proceed for KALPA . Overnight at Kalpa .

Day 7 : 22nd Oct—Kalpa, Site Seeing. Overnight at Kalpa.

Day 8 : 23^rd  Oct—Kalpa to Shimla , Overnight at Shimla .

Day 9 : 24^th  Oct—Shimla to Kalka and avail train at night.

Day 10 :25^th Oct – Enroute.

Day 11 :26^th Oct – Reach Howrah

TOUR COST – 12,000/-( per adult) on triple sharing basis ,12, 500/- (on double sharing basis), 

                          9,000/-( child )

TOUR DURATION – 11 DAYS

Tour cost includes :  Sleeper Class up and down train fare ,  Fooding( Morning tea , Breakfast, Lunch, Evening tea with snacks and Dinner) and transportation. .  Excluding train food.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All rates are per person basis, 30% advance of the total amount at the time of booking. BOOKING  SHOULD BE    DONE BEFORE 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF JOURNEY.

2. Tourist has to bear the fare for Sumo ,Auto, etc for site seeing , from the place where our vehicle will reach.

3. Package excludes : All entry fees, camera  charges, rope-way fare, pony fare, guide, boat, shikara ride,etc.

4. Package rates are subject to change depending upon change in train fare.

5. Operator will not take any liabilities towards any lost/damage of life and /or any other belongings to the tourist caused by any accident / theft /robbery during the tour.

6. Room will be given per family and for single person accommodation will be given in twin / three  sharing basis.

7. Seats in bus to be occupied in rotational basis so that no one is deprived.

8. Any  Cancellation over telephone is not accepted.

CANCELLATION RULES

1.       Journey date may change due to any unforeseen reason.

2.       The deposited money will be refunded in full if the tour gets cancelled by the operator.

3.       Minimum cancellation charge Rs.2000/- .

4.       31 days to 60 days before journey , 20% of the total amount per head is to be deducted.

5.       11 days to 30 days before journey , 30% of the total amount per head is to be deducted.

6.       03 days to 10 days before journey , 60% of the total amount per head is to be deducted.

7.       No refund is allowed if cancellation made within seventy two hours before official departure time or in between the hours.

8.       Booking of package means the passenger has accepted the above said  terms and conditions.

9.       Luggage at own risk.
